I have been consistently working out about five days per week now. Today I walked ten flights of steps with 5 lb weights in each hand after loosening up the joints and jumping rope in three different exercises for 100 revolutions. After that, I worked on boxing combinations on the hitman dummy, the cobra bag, and the double end bag. I am going to try to get back with some low kicks but due to the discomfort in my hips I won't ever be attempting high kicks again.
Later today, at the office I'll use the bodybar for some shoulder work and do abwork from a chair executing chair leg raises, captain's chair, and chair bicycling.
