A stirring account of how under the World War Two Lend-Lease program operated by Harry Hopkins under FDR's authority we permitted the Soviet Union to steal everything from atomic weapon secrets to information about the infrastructure of the country from every bridge, crossroads, and military depot on top of all of the military and non-military industrial aid we gave them.
